To be a real person

In this book, I tried to write down what happens inside the souls of real people, I tried to describe their familiar mental illnesses, Their psychological illnesses, Their excuses and justifications, And their genius and unconscious tricks to escape or evade.. How do they deal with their fear, anxiety, Their feelings of guilt or shame, Their compensation and sublimation… I tried to write down the positive resources and beliefs that I saw contributing to therapy. When I look at this manuscript of mine, I find that I tried to be a personal advisor. Thinking – as usual – of the ordinary people who consulted me; So of course, This book deals mainly with the problems of those who are in a normal or semi-normal situation.
